Guinnes is 250 years old this year. They are releasing a special brew, probably around St. Patrick's Day in celebration. So everyone grab a friend, open a bottle, and remember this:

GO GUINESS GO! But damn it Leviathan posted my favorite quote. Thief! lol Glad to see my influence spreading. If you guys want to read a bit more about Guiness, look up the 3% rule. All guiness is made from 3% old soured Guiness. Thats where it gets that lovely tart flavor under the sweet, stout maltiness. MMMMM now i need a beer.
